Australian Regional Tourism Convention
The Australian Regional Tourism Convention will be held at Saltwater Busselton from 20–23 October 2026.
Recognised as the most significant annual event for industry, practitioners and government agencies involved in regional tourism, the Australian Regional Tourism Convention provides a national forum to discuss the issues, challenges and opportunities shaping regional destinations.
Hosted under the 2026 theme, Leadership in Regional Tourism Communities, the program will highlight practical leadership in action through real experiences, lessons learned and ideas that support strong visitor economies and thriving regional communities.
Australian Regional Tourism (ART) is the national body representing regional tourism to the Federal Government. ART plays an important role in knowledge sharing, networking regional practitioners and supporting solutions that strengthen regional tourism across Australia.
On behalf of its members, ART advocates for the recognition of good practice in regional tourism development.
